Abstract

This study aims to determine the situational leadership style of the head of the regional financial and asset management agency in Rokan Hilir Regency. Includes leadership style telling/telling, leadership style offering/selling, style involving/participating, style of authority/delegating. Research located on Jl. Merdeka Bagan Kota, Kecamatan. Bangko. Rokan Hilir Regency is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaire data as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives at that location. xThere is one group of population and sample in this study, namely employees of the financial and asset management agency on the spot. With a total sample of 21 people. One sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data, collected by questionnaire technique, and interviews and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the technique used is a validation test. Based on the final data from the questionnaire of 64.52%, the researchers concluded that the influence of situational leadership style on the head of financial institutions and assets was quite good.
