Abstract
This research was conducted to determine employee loyalty, performance and the effect of employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta Pekanbaru. Respondents taken were 64 employees of PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta Pekanbaru to be used as a research sample. From the results of the study note that the loyalty variable affects the employee performance variable of PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta Pekanbaru.
