Abstract

Implementation of supervision related to the financial management of kepenghuluan in Rokan Hilir district, every Irban including Irban 3 has 5 subdistricts that are within the scope of the irban, in the Kubu Babussalam subdistrict for example there are 11 kepenghuluan and in the previous year, in 2019 only 5 kepenghuluan were examined by the supervisor inspectorate. The research method uses qualitative research methods as a technique for data collection and direct interviews with informants of the Regional Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency, the Secretary of the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Inspectorate, the Irban III Assistant Inspector of the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Inspectorate, the Auditor Staff of the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Inspectorate. Downstream, Staff for the Implementation of Government Affairs at the Regional Inspectorate of Rokan Hilir Regency, Several Heads of Penghuluan in the IRBAN III area. The results showed that the implementation of the supervision of the regional inspectorate on the management of the Penghuluan Fund in Rokan Hilir Regency.
