Abstract

CSR as an obligation of the company or the business world to contribute to future economic development by considering corporate social responsibility nd emphasizing the balance of considerations on the economy, citizens and the nvironment. The focus in this research is the relationship between the CSR programs implementedPT. Agro Abadi and PT. Tasma Puja is able to provide welfare to the people of Kampar Regency. The main problem raised in this review is how to plan and implement the form of the Corporate Social Responsibility program implemented at PT. Agro Abadi and PT. Tasma Puja in Kampar Regency. With the aim of understanding and nalyzing the topic of the problem raised in the research. The research method used is business law which is descriptive analysis obtained from field data. Sources of data used are collecting primary data and secondary data. From the research results, legally both central and local regulations, PT. Agro Abadi and PT. Tasma Puja has consistently carried out corporate social responsibility as a basic form of corporate ethics. Here the company does not only arry out CSR both internally and externally (the surrounding community). From what PT. Agro Abadi and PT. Tasma Puja, it can be said that she has been able to arry out her social responsibilities although it is still not perfect. This can be seen om the form of CSR implemented by these two companies. PT. Agro Abadi and T. Tasma Puja has made a positive impact in the form of benefits for the company nd the community.
