Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of SIM making services for people with disabilities at the Duri Bengkalis Resort Police Unit in 2021-2022. Service evaluation assessment indicators used include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and responsiveness and accuracy. This type of research uses qualitative methods, namely a study that is taken from the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject by way of description in the form of arguments according to field data. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation with the focus of this research evaluating SIM making services for people with disabilities at the Duri Bengkalis Resort Police Unit in 2021-2022 involving officers from the Duri Resort Traffic Unit and the disabled community. . There are two groups of key informants and informants, namely key informants totaling 1 person and informants totaling 5 people. The sampling technique used in determining the individual samples (key informants and informants) is using purposive sampling, with the consideration that the appointed informants know and understand the problem and research objectives. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this study is to use qualitative information that is supportive in explaining the results of the study, to then be analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. Based on this analytical technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the SIM-making service for the disabled at the Duri Bengkalis Resort Police Unit in 2021-2022 has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles and obstacles in implementing it, namely the lack of accessibility and facilities provided by officers and Kasat Then this is to provide support in serving SIMs for people with disabilities.
