Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of debt financing and equity financing on the profit expense ratio of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The sampling method is based on purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. The population of the company is 14 Islamic commercial banks, and those that meet the criteria to be sampled are 6 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The method used is the Random Effect Model on eviews 9. The results show that partially, debt financing has no significant effect on profit expense ratio, and equity financing has a significant effect on profit expense ratio and simultaneously debt financing and equity financing have a significant effect on profit expense ratio.
