Abstract

Supervision is the process of observing the implementation of all organizational activities to ensure that all work carried out goes according to the previous plan, the results of certain work processes in a planned manner at the time and place of the employee and the organization concerned. This study analyzes the Factors Affecting Supervision of the Work of Highways Employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Office of the Riau Islands Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research type with a qualitative descriptive research type which aims to provide a factual and accurate systematic description of the data in the field regarding work supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques that are used to obtain information about the Factors of Work Supervision. Monitoring indicators used are direct supervision, indirect supervision and preventive supervision. Several factors that influence the Supervision of Work in the Bina Marga Division of the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land in the Riau Archipelago Province are knowledge of the improvement of the Keradin-Belungkur Road in Lingga Regency
