Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of Career Development on the Performance of Employees of the Ukui District Office, Kab. Pelalawan. (2) To determine the effect of competence on the performance of the employees of the Ukui District Office, Kab. Pelalawan. (3) To find out the effect of career development and competence on the performance of employees at the Ukui District Office, Kab. Pelalawan. The population in this study are all Civil Servants (PNS) who work in the Camat Office which operates 33 PNS. Determination of the number of samples in this study is saturated sampling or census. From the results of this study using SPSS Version 25 software resulted in (1) Career Development having a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Career and Competency Development have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the employees of the Ukui District Office, Kab. Simultaneous combat.
