Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru Gramedia Compass Circulation. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely all employees who were assigned to be a sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru Gramedia Compass Circulation.
