Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience and morale partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the UPT Health and Environment Laboratory of the Riau Province Health Service. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were ASN employees, totaling 38 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with certain considerations. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the F test and t test can be seen that the variables of work experience and work spirit partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the UPT Health and Environment Laboratory of the Riau Province Health Office. it means that more experience and good morale does not necessarily increase the results of employee performance produced by employees in the agency while the contribution of work experience and morale is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.
