Abstract

Narcotics become a national and even international problem because the consequences and impacts have spread to all countries. Nationally, the narcotics trade has spread to every level of society, from the upper to the lower layers of society. In terms of age, narcotics are not only enjoyed by teenagers, but also middle-aged or old age groups. The distribution of narcotics is no longer only in big cities, but has entered small towns and has penetrated into sub-districts and even villages. Based on the above background, the problem to be answered is about the enforcement of criminal law for women involved in the case of shabu trafficking in the Kuansing Police Legal Area, obstacles in enforcing criminal law for women involved in the case of shabu trafficking in the Kuansing Police Legal Area. This type of research is a sociological legal research conducted by means of a survey, namely research directly to the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The nature of the presentation of this research is descriptive analytical, which means the research description is narrated in the form of sentences to provide a detailed, clear and systematic description of the main research problems.
