Abstract
The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is a type of business that is widely available in the wider community. The most basic problem in micro, small and medium enterprises is the problem of capital. In the city of Pekanbaru there is a financing institution PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma who provides business loans to MSMEs. However, the problem that often occurs is the breakdown of credit insurance by MSME business actors. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the process of providing credit for micro, small and medium enterprises at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma in Pekanbaru City What are the obstacles faced in the settlement of bad loans for micro, small and medium business loans at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a sociological legal research that is observational research by servingy with the research location at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru city After doing research with the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires, then analyze it in the results and discussion chapter of the distribution process. The credit system applied by PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru is Einmaleg Working Capital Credit. And as for the obstacles faced by PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru in the settlement of loans for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is influenced by 2 factors, employees of PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru which processes credit to debtors who have problems with bad credit records, and falsification of data and then external factors (External). Debtors are uncooperative and do not have good faith.
