Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the job description in the Administrative Unit of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau Islamic University. This research uses correlational method. The correlational method is an act of determining data by comparing theory and discussion. Based on the analysis and observations, it can be seen that the job description in the Administrative Unit has not been fully carried out according to the responsibilities of each employee. Where there are still some employees who often impose their duties on other employees and are not punctual. In addition, there are facilities and infrastructure that are not good, such as damaged Air Conditioner (AC), which disturbs the comfort of the employees
