Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training through work motivation on the performance of the fire and recuse employees (DPKP) Pekanbaru City. This study use a quantitative approach. This research data was collected from 100 employees in the fire and recuse service (DPKP) Pekanbaru City. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this study using by SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of job training on performance, there is a positive effect of job training on work motivation, there is a positive effect of work motivation on performance, and there is an indirect positive effect of job training on performace mediated by work motivation.
