Abstract

The implementation of CSR is still a problem because there are no implementing regulations from the Company Law regarding supervision and sanctions for companies that do not implement CSR. Currently, there are still many companies that only carry out CSR at will without any clear guidelines. So that the implementation of CSR is currently less legally accountable. The main problems in the thesis researcher are How to Arrange the Supervision of the Riau Province Social Service to help the Realization of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSLP) in Riau Province and How to carry out the supervision of the Riau Province Social Service to assist the realization of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSLP) in the Province of Riau The types of legal research methods that researchers use are empirical legal research methods or empirical juridical research methods, which are a form of sociological legal studies and can also be referred to as subject studies, which specifically examine current legal provisions and what facts exist. in society. The nature of the research is descriptive which is to create a scientific, original and true picture of the truths, characteristics and relationships among the phenomena being investigated. The results of the research that the authors found Against the Supervision Arrangements of the Riau Province Social Service to help the Realization of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) in Riau Province CSR / TJSL (Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility) is held by the Regional Revenue Agency and recently was transferred to the Authority of the Social Service, but the CSR/TJSL Forum (Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility) itself has not yet been formed, because until now it is still in the formation of a Carteker (Acting), where a meeting with the Ministry of Social Affairs and CSR is about to be held. center. And the Implementation of Supervision of the Riau Province Social Service to Help the Realization of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) In Riau Province, the implementation of CSR/TJSL is very beneficial for the government, especially for the Social Service because, through CSR/JSL the government will establish a relationship between the government and companies to solve social problems.
