Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain how the implementation of PTPN V Persero Pekanbaru's Corporate Social Responsibility Program (Case Study of PT PTPN V Unit Sei Galuh). The assessment indicators used include the formulation / planning of operational a ctivities or projects, monitoring activities / projects, mobilization, program evaluation and supervision, and outcomes. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data taken or data obtained directly from respondents which includes data relating to the Implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PTPN V Persero Pekanbaru City (Case Study of PT PTPN V Unit Sei Galuh). The sample in this study consisted of 1 Head of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Sei Galuh (SGH), 1 SBU SGH Office / SGH SBU Office, 1 Head of Nuclear Plantation / KKPA Sei Galuh (SGH) / SGH Estate and 20 community members. around the nucleus plantation factory / KKPA Sei Galuh (SGH) / SGH Estate. Based on the results of re search and research objectives, it is known that the distribution of questionnaires to the community around PTPN V Sei Galuh branch regarding the Implementation of PTPN V Persero Pekanbaru's Corporate Social Responsibility Program (Case Study of PT PTPN V Unit Sei Galuh) was good with a percentage of 75% due to in general PTPN V has implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PTPN V Persero Pekanbaru City. On the other hand, PTPN V still has weaknesses in its implementation, namely due to the lack of socialization by the company to the community regarding company programs that can make the community around the company prosperous. Then there is a lack of guidance to the community in order to improve the welfare of the corporate community. And t here are still a lot of unemployment in the community around the company which is a workforce absorption area by the company.
