Abstract
the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human resource competence on employee performance apprasial at the regional porsonnel agency offoce of pelalawan regency. this research was coundutdet at study amounted 18 people. data analysis using simple linier regression. the results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the regional personel agency office of pelalawan regrency
