Abstract

This study aims to determine the morale of employees at PT. Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya West Sumatra Branch. With a population of 55 employees, the sampling technique using the purposive method, staff of 10 foreman 9 people, karani 5 people and the sample amounted to 24 employees. The data of this research use observational data, the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the results of this study indicate that the morale of the employees of PT. Bina Sakoto Jaya West Sumatra Branch is stated in good category.
