Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of HR competence on employee performance at the Regional Residential Infrastructure Center of Riau Province, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all employees who worked at this agency, amounting to 41 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, namely the sampling was taken from the total population of 41 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it shows that the magnitude of the influence of HR competence on employee performance with an R Square value is 70.3%. And based on the t test test that the t value > t table means that HR competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Residential Infrastructure Center of Riau Province, Pekanbaru City.
