Abstract

This research aims to know the tasks and function of national committee for safety of electrical Instalattion (Konsuil) of the area Pekanbaru. Where the effectiveness of the task of and function measured with four indicator, that is achievement of objectives, availability of reseources, internal process, satisfaction. The type of research that is located in National Commite For Safety Of Electrical installation The area Of Pekanbaru is a descriptive survey where prioritizing a list of questionnaire as a tool of data collection and data collected with this tool then became the main raw material for analyzing the emprical conditions brought the existence of research purpose at locations that are examined. There of four groups of population and sample of this research. And they are the team inspection are 07 people, and 20 society people. The sampling thecnique which used is census tecniques for administration personnels of the school. A technique used in the data collection is the techniques census to respondens team inspections, the techniques for respondens Sociaty peoples. Types and file collection techniques used consisted of, primary data, collected with a questionnaire and interview techniques as well as secondary file collected using the technique of observation. While the file analisys technique used is to use a frecuency table tools. Based on this analisys, research assess the techniques and concluded that the level of National Committee For Safety Of Electrical Installation (Konsuil) Of the area of Pekanbaru is in the interval Effective enough.
