Abstract

Revitalization SDN 107 of the District Rumbai Pekanbaru City aims to make schools better in terms of the building. By doing this revitalization is expected to create an atmosphere more comfortable teaching and learning in schools for both teachers and students. In any revitalization of a building, sometimes work to face some constraints. One of them in case of a delay in execution of work. Yet the timing of execution of work is one important element that is strongly associated with the implementation costs, in case of delay in work would happen anyway budget increase employment costs. If a job execution delays, it is necessary to accelerate (Crash) on some project activities. This is done so that the desired results can be realized by either the deadline that has been set. The problem of this research is about how much time and cost required if done Crash Program, as well as the alternative use on Revitalization SDN 107 districts Rumbai Pekanbaru city, in order to achieve greater efficiency and optimization on the job. While the purpose of this study was to analyze the time and cost used. This study used two alternatives, namely by using overtime and the method of adding new workers. Based on the results of the calculations made during the duration pemendekkan 24 weekdays at 7 activities contained in the work of the critical path. Extra overtime budget by the method of Rp. 255,242,500.00 (19.48% of the total budget of the project) with the addition of new labor methods Rp. 167,370,000.00 (12.28% of the total budget of the project) Of the two methods were reviewed found that the method of adding labor is more efficient in terms of financing.
