Abstract
Job placement is very important for an employee at work, with a good placement this can support the job implementation process well. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work placement of employees at PT. Tri Bakti Sari Mas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singing Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees in the office. Determination of the sample using the census method. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive, namely explaining the results of the research with a theoretical concept. The results of research that have been carried out show the work placement of employees at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas (TBS), Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been effective, both from the suitability of education levels, work experience of employees, knowledge and work skills possessed. The better the placement of an employee in a company is expected to improve the quality of work for the better.
