Abstract

this research focus to find out the information about students’ perception in using Zoom Meeting at English Language Education of FKIP UIR. This research used the qualitative descriptive method. The research sample was 136 students from fourth and sixht-semester students of English Language Education of FKIP UIR. The instrument of the research is questionnaire which consist of 24 statements that analyzed by using Likert Scale that distributed to the students by using Google form. The result of the research, found that the students had positive in using Zoom Meeting. It can be seen from the result percentage in four indicators of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which the Attitude Toward Usage around 73,86% stated that students’ experience in using Zoom Meeting make them like to use Zoom Meeting in learning English. Then, for Perceived Ease of Use (71,66%) of respondents stated that Zoom Meeting is easy to use in learning process. Furthermore, Perceived Useful has the lowest percentage, (69,16%) stated that Zoom Meeting is very useful for them in continuing the learning activities and accomplish their tasks. At the last, Behavioral Intention of Use got 70,43% which means students feel Zoom Meeting is beneficial for them and it had positive perception from students. Finally, the students of English Language Education at FKIP UIR have positive perception in using Zoom Meeting.
