Abstract

This research was conducted in Karya Mulyo Sari Village, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine how community participation in development in Karya Mulyo Sari Village, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, the research method used in this research is the quantitative method. Village Secretary, 12 Village Apparatus, 1 Village Consultative Body, 1 Village Community Empowerment Agency, 2 Dusun Heads, 4 RW Heads, 13 RT Heads, 6 Community Figures, Religious Figures 6 people and 3 PKK cadres. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with 4 indicators set in each Village Government Respondent and Village Community Respondent: For Village Government Indicators. 1. Community Participation in Decision Making for Village Government Village Community Gets a Score of 225 in the Fairly Good Category. 2. Participation in the Implementation of Activities for the the Village Community to Get a Score of 216 for the Fairly Good Category. 3. Participation in Development Evaluation Monitoring for Village Governments Received a Score of 82 in the Fairly Good Category and the Village Community Received a Score of 214 for the Fairly Good Category. 4. Participation in the Utilization of Results for Village Government Receives a Score of 89 in the Fairly Good Category and the Village Community Gets a Score of 216 for the Fairly Good Category. 1. Community Participation in Decision Making for Village Government Receives the Village Community Gets a Score of 225 in the Fairly Good Category. 2. Participation in the Implementation of Activities for the Village Government the Village Community to Get a Score of 216 for the Fairly Good Category. 3. Participation in Development Evaluation Monitoring for Village Governments the Village Community Received a Score of 214 for the Fairly Good Category. 4. Participation in the Utilization of Results for the Village Community Gets a Score of 216 for the Fairly Good Category
