Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether training and work motivation significantly affect employee performance at PT. Mekar Abadi Mandiri Pekanbaru. The respondents in this study were 34 people’s, where the sample technique used was the census sampling technique. This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. Then the data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. This study uses descriptive analysis, then the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. All tests were performed using SPSS Version 22.0. From the results of this study it can be concluded that training and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive, significant and very weak effect on employee performance.
