Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic work ethic on employee performance at the Pekanbaru As-Shofa Foundation. The population in this study are all employees who work at the As-Shofa Foundation. The sampling technique in this study used the census method, so the entire population was sampled, the sample in this study amounted to 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance at the As- Shofa Pekanbaru Foundation. The magnitude of the influence of Islamic work ethic on performance is 83.7%.
