Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial performance of the Riau Province Manpower and Transmigration Office in 2018 to 2019 using a value for money approach in terms of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach, this is intended so that researchers can obtain detailed information about the calculation of financial funds seen from the calculation of Value For Money. certain characteristics and draw a conclusion. the results of this study found that based on the value for money analysis from 2018 -2019 all programs were categorized as economical only for the protection and development program of the employment agency which was categorized as very economical because it was in the 100% category and above. So it can be concluded that the seven programs at the Riau Province Financial Performance Office are said to be economical. Furthermore, in 2018-2019, only one Employment Opportunity Improvement and Work Expansion Program was categorized as very efficient in 2018 while in 2019 it was said to be quite efficient. The Protection and Development Program for Manpower institutions, while the other seven programs were categorized as inefficient. money on the financial performance effectiveness ratio of Riau Province in 2018 -2019 In 2018 six programs were categorized as very effective while in 2019 all programs were said to be very effective because they were in the category > 100%
