Abstract
The purpose in this research examined to know there was any influence of recitation method on students learning achievement in Islamic education lesson in new normal era at senior high school 2 West Rengat. The method in this research used correlational quantitative research. The subject in this research was students class XII at senior high school 2 West Rengat, and the object in this research was recitation method on students learning achievement in Islamic education lesson in new normal era at senior high school 2 West Rengat. The population in this research was in 104 students and the sample took 83 students. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. Based on data analysis that was done, it was known that there was any influence of recitation method on students’ learning achievement in Islamic education lesson in new normal era at senior high school 2 West Rengat. It was known that simple linear regression analysis result with significant score 0.000, and 0.000 was smaller than 0.05, and the hypothesis was accepted. The influence score 0.199 or 19.9% was in very low category, because it was in range 0.000-0.199. it was interpreted based on correlation coefficient interpretation table. Meanwhile the other 80.1 was influenced by others factors. In that factor, the hypothesis was accepted. The level of relationship between the use of recitation method and students’ learning achievement in Islamic education lesson in new normal era at senior high school 2 West Rengat was in very low category.
