Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the level of physical freshness in the female futsal extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 1 Dayun Kabupaten Siak. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this research was 33 students taking all futsal extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 1 Dayun Kabupaten Siak. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. So the sampel for this research is that the researcher take female subjects aged 16-19 years from the populations, then the number of sampel for this research is 15 female students. The data analysis technique used was the conversion of test scores based on the norms of physical freshness test. Based on the calculation of the number of the physical freshness test norms of female futsal extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 1 Dayun Kabupaten Siak, the average is 9 in the Very Lass category.
