Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work from home on teachers performance at MTsN 2 SIAK. The population in this study were all employees or teachers who worked at MTsN 2 SIAK, totaling 38 people. The sampling approach in this examine was using purposive sampling, namely taking The sample is based on the researcher's goal and considerations, while the sample of this research is teachers and totals 33 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. The result of this study shows that working from home has a significant impact on teacher performance MTsN 2 SIAK.
