Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and directly analyze the effect of job training and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru. The research method uses quantitative research. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale, the population in this study are all employees of PT. Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru totaled 297 people, the sample size used was 59 people using purposive sampling method. Types and sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used instrument test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination test (R2) with a significant level of = 0.05. The results showed that partially or simultaneously job training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of production employees at PT. Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru. The value of the coefficient of determination shows 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study.
