Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between human resource competencies and employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari Tapung Hilir Kampar. The population in this study amounted to 90 employees of the production division at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari Tapung Hilir Kampar. The researcher uses a total census/sampling techniques in this research is using questionnaires and conduction interviews. Data analysis in this research is using descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that there is an influence of human resource competence on employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari Tapung Hilir Kampar. The results of the correlation test analysis (r) show that there is a strong relationship between the competence variable and employee productivity. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the competence variable affects the employee productivity variable. And the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing (t test) show that competence (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y).
