Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze job satisfaction in Islamic perspective on teachers of SMP Tahfizhul Quran Al Falaah Indragiri in Rengat. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research. In collecting data, the number of teachers at SMP Tahfizhul Quran Al Falaah Indragiri in Rengat was 19 people. From a population of 19 people were used as research samples using sampling techniques to become saturated or census and the informants in this study were 5 people. Based on research, teachers who work at SMP Tahfizhul Quran Al Falaah Indragiri in Rengat on psychological factors are very satisfied with the classification of very good grades because teachers have very good interests, are grateful for their work as teachers, then work hard with work, are sincere in their work, teachers also feel comfortable working at this school, and work according to their expertise. On social factors, they are very satisfied with the very good value classification because they have good relationships with co-workers. On the physical factor, the teachers were very satisfied with the very good classification because the work was in accordance with their abilities and adequate facilities to support the work. On the financial factor, the teachers of SMP Tahfizhul Quran Al Falaah Indragiri in Rengat are satisfied with the classification of values that can be seen from the salary received, salary on time, allowances, and promotions. And on mutual supervision, teachers feel very or very satisfied, this is because superiors have good relationships with subordinates and treat their subordinates fairly. So, it can be seen that job satisfaction in the Islamic perspective of the teachers of SMP Tahfizhul Quran Al Falaah Indragiri in Rengat is very good.
