Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership,board of commissioners and profitability on firm value in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods using secondary data.The sampling technique is purposive sampling method, so there are 20 companies that have met the criteria. The results of the study explain that managerial ownership has no significant effect on firm value, institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value, the board of commissioners has no significant effect on firm value, ROA has no significant effect on firm value.
