Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at Kerinci Central Nursery PT RAPP. In conducting this study using data analysis techniques using descriptive methods, while in collecting data using questionnaires with a sample of 35 people. The result showed that the infulence of the work environment and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at Kerinci Central Nursery PT RAPP
