Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee productivity at PT. Tanjung Pauh Beach Gardens. The sample in this study amounted to 34 employees who work in the production department at PT. Raja Tanjung Pauh Beach Gardens using the saturated sampling technique method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. This research uses a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the workload and work stress partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Tanjung Pauh Beach Gardens. So it can be concluded that the presence of a strong workload will encourage an employee to increase his contribution to the company so that the resulting productivity will increase. Then with the level of work stress experienced by employees is decreasing, it can increase employee productivity at work to be more optimal.
