Abstract

Drug abuse ini the city if Pekanbaru is already very high. In Pekanbaru itself drug abuse is not only as a consumer but also as a place of transit or drug trafficking. To overcome this problem, an institution was formed to eradicate drugs, namely the National Narcotics Agency in the citu of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to detemine and analyze the performance of the National Narcotics Agency eradiction section of Pekanbaru drug eradiction among student and also to find out the constraints of the performance of of the National Narcotics Agency eradiction section of Pekanbaru drug eradiction among student. In this study researchers used organizational performance theory. This study uses quantitative research with data collection techniques using interview questionnaires and observastions to delve deeper into the information needed for the population and the study sample took all employees of the Pekanbaru National Narcotics Agency eradication section totaling 7 people. Using primary data taken by distributing questionnaires to all respondents totaling 5 people by means of census and interview addressed to the head of the National Narcotic Agency of Pekanbaru City and Kasi in the field of eradicting in the National Narcotic Agency of Pekanbaru City. While the data analysis used is descriptive quantitative which is processed using the scor method. From the result of the analysis that research conducted using productivity researsh indicators, responsibility, responsiveness and accountability, can be seen the perfomance of National Narcotic Agency Pekanbaru City is achieved. Altough there are several things that hinder the implementation of drug eradiction.
