Abstract

This research was motivated by teachers’ effort in developing blended learning model in Islamic education lesson at vocational high school agriculture integrated Riau Province. It needed teacher’s effort in developing effective Islamic education lesson to reach the success in learning. Based on preliminary observation, this research identify the problems happened in blended learning where some students’ different in understanding the lesson between online and offline learning. So, this research was very important because the purpose in this research examined to know the Islamic education teachers’ effort in developing blended learning in Islamic education lesson. This study would give contribution to literature development that could be used as reference source to others schools in effective blended learning to reach learning outcome. Research formulation questioned about the teacher’s effort in developing blended learning in Islamic education lesson. The object in this research was blended learning, the method used qualitative with case study approach. Main informant in this research was Islamic education teachers at vocational high school agriculture integrated Riau Province that was Mr. Syaharuddin S.Ag.,M.Ag., and supported informant was Mr. Abizar S.Pd.I. Data collection technique used interview. Data analysis technique used data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusion. Research finding explained that there was any Islamic education teacher’s effort in developing blended learning in Islamic education lesson; using synchronize and asynchronies, using differentiation learning, giving material in video form, text and picture, giving various task, using google classroom, preparing handbook in video link and power point, measuring students achievement through task result and attendance list, using projector, allow students to use hand phone as learning media. Preparing the different media, using google meet and using WhatsApp.
