Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job placement on employee performance, to analyze the effect of placement on job training, to analyze the effect of job placement on employee performance through intervention at the Youth and Sports Office of Riau Province. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of placement on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of Riau Province. There is an effect of job placement on training at the Youth and Sports Office of Riau Province. There is an effect of job training on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of Riau Province. There is an effect of Job Placement on Employee Performance through Job Training as an intervention variable at the Youth and Sports Office of Riau Province
