Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Bang Ndut geprek chicken food in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers as many as 200 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 64 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that service quality, product quality and price have a partial and simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction with Bang Ndut geprek chicken food in Pekanbaru.
