Abstract

The child is considered as a group of people who are particularly vulnerable to becoming a victim of a crime. The vulnerability caused by the limitations and weaknesses of the children.Physical weakness, limitations of thought and knowledge, lack of bargaining power in the space of social interaction, families are not intact, and economic weakness family makes children become the very easy and vulnerable approached by violence, or in other words become victims of violence.All children have the right to a decent living, street children are no exception.But in reality, in general it can be said that all street children were marginalized in all aspects of life.Street children also have a negative connotation in the eyes of some people, because it is upsetting or disturbing public order.They were childhood sometimes are involved in activities that are criminal smelled like pickpocketing, muggings and other crimes.Based on the results of the study, the authors get answers from the existing problems that the factors underlying the street children vulnerable to becoming victims of sexual crimes is due to high physical weak limitations of thought and knowledge as well as a lack of awareness of the public and local authorities that the rights of the child the street is just as the rights of other children in general should we give to the street children.Of the two typologies of victims above could describe the factors behind a child vulnerable to become victims of sexual crimes.
