Abstract

In the islamic boarding school environment, there will be many problems that affect students in their daily activities at the islamic boarding school, one of which is about emotional intelligence with resilience in students. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience in the students of the Umar Bin Khattab Islamic boarding school. The population in this study was students with a total of 107 subjects using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection used the emotional intelligence scale and the resilience scale, with pearson product moment choleration analysis techniques. Relationships show a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience. The higher the emotional intelligence of eating, the higher the resilience in the students of the Umar Bin Khattab Islamic boarding school, so jugga with the opposite.
