Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job insecurity in organizations on employee performance at PT Pekanbaru Pos. The sample used in this study was employees of PT Pekanbaru Pos. The method used in this sampling is to use the census method that is the total number of employees that are used as research samples. The results of testing the hypothesis, show that the job insecurity variable has a significant effect on employee performance. the results of the small coefficient of determination indicate that the ability of the independent variable (job insecurity) in explaining the dependent variable (employee performance) is very limited.
