Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee morale at PT. Nusantara V Sei Tapung Plantation. The population in this study are all employees who work at the company. The sampling technique in this study is to use Non Probability Sampling, the sampling determined by the researcher based on the appropriate components and not the same as the determination of the researchers, amounting to 62 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that reward positive dan punishment negative significant affect employee morale at PT. Nusantara V Sei Tapung Plantation.
