Abstract

This study is a multiple discovery. The formulation of the problem of this research is 1) what is the contribution of the ankle to the accuracy of the inner leg of the Teluk Pantaian P3M player? 2) What is the contribution of the leg power to the accuracy of the inner foot of the P3M Teluk Pantaian soccer player, echoing the children of Serka? The objectives of this study were 1) to help coordinate the ankle to accuracy through the inner foot of the P3M Teluk Pantain football, Gaung Anak Serka sub-district 2) To see the foot that helped the leg muscle explosive power to the accuracy through the inner foot of the P3M Teluk Pantain football, Gaung District. Serka's son. 3) to coordinate the coordination of the ankles and the explosive power of the leg muscles against the accuracy of the inner leg of the P3M Teluk Pantain football, Gaung Anak Serka District. The method used in this study is only a simple display and multiple views. The subjects of this study may be 16 people consisting of P3M Teluk Pantain players, Gaung Anak Serka District. The instruments used in this study were vertical jumps and the coordination of the ankles and through the inner legs. The results of this study stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles with the results of the accuracy through the inner foot of the football in P3M Teluk Pantain players, Gaung Anak Serka District, there was a contribution of ankle coordination to the passing and stopping results in the football club. GAS ball P3M Teluk Pantaian sub-district with a percentage of 32.10%. There was a contribution of leg muscle explosive power to the results of passing and stopping at the P3M soccer club, Teluk Pantaian District, GAS District with a percentage of 41.80%. There was no contribution to the coordination of the ankles and the explosive power of the leg muscles on the results of passing and stopping at the P3M soccer club, Teluk Pantaian, GAS district, with a percentage of 75.6%.
