Abstract

The research is aimed to know and analyze the Evaluation of Regulatory Regions Number 3 Year 2018 About the Amendment Regulation of Region No. 13 Year 2012 About Retribution Services Enterprises In District Islands Meranti (Study Port District Head Selatpanjang ). Indicators of evaluation which are used include effective , efficiency , adequacy , equity , responsiveness and accuracy . Type of research this is a survey descriptive qualitative , ie prioritize the list of interviews as a means of collecting the data and information. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is to describe it through non- statistical analysis . Based on the engineering analysis of the researchers concluded that the Evaluation Rule Regions Number 3 Year 2018 About the Amendment Regulation of Region No. 13 Year 2012 About Retribution Services Enterprises In District Islands Meranti ( Study Port District Head Selatpanjang ) has not been able to run it up . Factors inhibiting that is caused due to the condition of the port that is not adequate where the bridge port that is decaying , post a guard who has been tilted, area parking are narrow and do not have a warehouse for storage of goods . While tariffs were raised by the government are not in accordance with the facility which is obtained by the owner of the ship . In addition it is also the process of payment of the levy which is constrained due to the slow form of payment . As a result, regulatory regions that have not been able to run with it maximum .
