Abstract

The socialization through this mobile Samsat car aims to make it easier for the public to pay taxes and facilitate the reach of the community because this mobile car is located in several crowded places such as shopping centers. This socialization is in the form of providing information about taxes to the public through a mobile car which is deliberately placed in a predetermined place. However, the socialization of mobile tax car services is still not comprehensive and has reached the ears of the public. There are still many people who do not know the socialization of the mobile tax program services. The purpose of this research is the communication of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency in socializing vehicle tax payments through the Mobile Samsat Car in Pekanbaru City and its inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, the Head of Services and Society who paid the Vehicle Tax via the Mobile Samsat Car in Pekanbaru City at the SKA Mall and Giant Panam. From the research results, it is known that the communication of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency in disseminating vehicle tax payments through the Mobile Samsat Car in Pekanbaru City concluded that it has not been running optimally, this is indicated by the ineffective socialization carried out by related parties in disseminating information to the public about payment services. tax via the Mobile Samsat car.
