Abstract

This research aims to find out the Management of Wan Dance Studio In Pekanbaru City. This research uses George R Terry's theory. In this study using descriptive meode analysis using qualitative data with interview observation data collection techniques and documentation. This research place is located on Jl. Rajawali XI No. 152 Sidomulyo, Maharatu, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru, Riau. Wan Dance Studio Management which includes management functions: 1). Planning in the form of making short-term and long-term work programs. Weekly work programs, monthly work programs and annual work programs. 2). Organizing where this organizing has been established since the establishment of the workshop until now and all members and administrators can carry out their respective duties as determined by the chairman of Sanggar. 3). The implementation of which is carried out by all members and administrators, the direction of the chairman to all members and the motivation given by the chairman to all members of the workshop, and a reprimand for violators made by members of sanggar so as not to happen further violations. 4). Control is carried out directly by the chairman of Wan Dance Studio Dance Hall, so that all management and members of the workshop can coordinate to the maximum so that the achievement of the objectives set by the chairman of the workshop can be achieved. This is evidenced by the decline of the chairman of the workshop in training members so that the chairman of the workshop knows how the progress of each member and how passionately the members of the workshop in practicing to achieve maximum quality dancers. This can be seen from every exercise process done, namely the body is quite draining. From the results of the research conducted in the field can be concluded that the management of Wan Dance Studio Dance Gallery has been running in accordance with the management and management functions in the Wan Dance Studio Art Gallery in Pekanbaru city has been running well. This can be seen from all the activities of all wan dance studio managers in carrying out all their duties.
