Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is needed in regional technical implementing units in order to create the effectiveness of organizational functions. Based on previous research, one of the causes of the increase in OCB is the organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at UPTD Puskesmas Tarub, Tegal, Central Java. The research population was all workers at the UPTD Puskesmas Tarub, Tegal, Central Java with a total sample of 87 people who were selected based on the saturated sampling method (census). Data were collected using a scale, while the scale used was the organizational climate scale and the OCB scale. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test using the SPSS version 24 program and obtained a t value of 7.004 (> t table 1.98827) and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) which means that there is a significant influence on the organizational climate variable on the OCB variable with the percentage of organizational climate influence on OCB is 36.6% and the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other factors.
