Abstract

Appreciating the commitment of the district / city government, the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection awarded the district / city worthy of children to Siak Regency. However, based on the existing conditions of child-friendly facilities and infrastructure in Siak Regency, especially in Siak City, it has not been fully achieved. In this study using one method, namely qualitative descriptive method. To obtain data using data collection techniques, namely field observations and stakeholder interviews related to the Eligible Anka Regency in Siak Regency using purposive sampling technique. The results of interviews and observations were processed using scoring analysis and Logical Framework Approach (LFA) analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (a) the results of the identification of facilities and infrastructure suitable for children with the division of 4 existing clusters, there is 1 cluster that has not met the criteria for proper children, namely in the education calculator, use of leisure time and cultural activities which have three indicators where two are among them have not met the criteria, namely the unavailability of holistic and integrative early childhood development (PAUD-HI) in every district or sub-district and the lack of child-friendly schools in Siak Regency. (b) policy priority and the level of achievement of Siak Regency, for the new policy program it has only been achieved 93% and for the achievement level it has only been achieved 86.6%. (c) the results of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) analysis, namely the achievement of Siak District Towards a Child Friendly District in the Main Category.
